Publication of executive pay [ATH 2.29]
With the ATH 2024 being effective from 1 September 2024, the requirement to publish on its website in a separate readily accessible form the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100k, in £10k bandings for the previous academic year to 31 August, has come into effect.
Benefits for this purpose include salary, employers’ pension contributions, other taxable benefits, and termination payments.
